You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be new: unopened in their original packaging, or never used.

How to start a return

A free return label is included in your package. Contact us with your order number, attach the label and send the item back by mail.

Return shipping costs

Returns are free. We provide the return shipping label at no cost to you.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number to arrange an exchange.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
