About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase from Home Velvet. The store is operated by HOMEVELVET LLC, 350 5th Ave, New York NY 10118, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Refrigerant sold in this store is restricted by U.S. EPA regulations (Clean Air Act Sections 608 and 609). Restricted products are sold only to technicians certified under Section 608 or 609, or to businesses that employ one. You can add your certification details at checkout or send them to us after ordering, and we verify them before your order ships. If we cannot verify your certification, we cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

Orders

After you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong; if we do, we refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping costs and any other charges are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. If an item is not as described, you can return it under our returns policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
