Order processing
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery times

Total delivery time is the processing time plus the time in transit, so most orders arrive within 6–8 business days of being placed.
We currently ship only to the destinations listed above. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Fees
We do not charge handling fees. The only delivery charge is the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. See our returns and refunds policy for damaged or incorrect items.
Refrigerant cylinders are regulated compressed gas and ship by ground service only. Orders ship after the buyer's EPA certification has been verified.
