HomeVelvet is operated by Velvet House LLC. References to “HomeVelvet,” “we,” “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to the store operator as appropriate.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful shopping, product research, account management and customer-support purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation or use the site for unlawful activity.
3. Product information
We aim to present accurate titles, images, specifications, prices and descriptions. Manufacturers can revise products or packaging. Some measurements or product attributes may be identified as estimated when exact source data is not available.
4. Estimated specifications
Information identified as estimated is provided for planning and comparison and should not be treated as manufacturer-certified. Confirm critical measurements, structural requirements or compatibility before relying on an estimate for construction, permitting or site work.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in the store and may change. A compare-at price may be displayed to show a current promotional price. The price shown at checkout for the order is the applicable store price unless an obvious technical error requires correction.
6. Orders
Submitting checkout information and payment is an offer to purchase. An order can require payment verification, product availability confirmation, delivery review or installation information before fulfillment proceeds.
7. Order verification and cancellation
We may contact you for information needed to verify or fulfill an order. If an order cannot be completed because of payment, availability, delivery limitations, incorrect information or another material issue, the order may need to be canceled and any applicable payment returned.

Payments are handled through Shopify checkout using the payment methods enabled for the store, including Stripe where available. Payment providers may apply their own verification and authorization requirements.
9. Shipping
HomeVelvet currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated transit of 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
10. Large-item delivery
Sheds and outdoor buildings may require freight, scheduled delivery or specialized handling. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and reasonable access to the delivery location.
11. Installation
Installation is included in the listed product price unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Site readiness, foundation requirements, access, utilities, permits, zoning and HOA requirements can affect installation.
12. Customer responsibilities for the site
Customers should review manufacturer requirements and local property rules before installation. Unless HomeVelvet specifically agrees otherwise in writing, customers are responsible for making sure the selected location is lawful, accessible and suitable for the product.
13. Returns
Eligible products have a 30-day return window. HomeVelvet covers approved return shipping and charges no restocking fee on approved returns. Contact HomeVelvet before returning a product.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the applicable return or other approved resolution is completed. Payment-provider processing times can apply.
15. Manufacturer warranty
Manufacturer warranty terms apply when a manufacturer warranty is provided. HomeVelvet does not create or extend a separate product warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
16. Third-party manufacturers and services
The store may sell products made by third-party manufacturers and rely on third parties for payments, shipping, delivery, installation or other services. Their specifications, schedules, warranty terms and service requirements may apply to their part of the transaction.
17. Website availability
We aim to keep homevelvet.shop available, but the store may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, service-provider outages or events outside our reasonable control.
18. Intellectual property
HomeVelvet branding, website design and original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Buying guides and general informational pages are intended to help customers compare products and plan a purchase. They do not replace manufacturer engineering instructions, local building requirements or professional advice where those are required.
