1. Manufacturer warranty
Warranty length, covered components, exclusions, registration requirements and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product. The manufacturer’s written warranty terms control the manufacturer warranty.
2. HomeVelvet does not invent warranty terms
HomeVelvet does not create a separate product warranty or extend the manufacturer’s warranty unless we expressly state that in writing for a specific product or order.
3. Keep your order records
Keep your HomeVelvet order confirmation, product model information, serial number when applicable and manufacturer documentation. These records can be important when requesting warranty support.
4. Installation and maintenance
Manufacturer warranties can include requirements related to assembly, anchoring, foundation, maintenance, modifications or use. Follow the manufacturer instructions supplied with the product.
5. How to request help
Email support@homevelvet.shop with your order number, product name, model number if available, description of the issue and supporting photos. We can help identify the manufacturer warranty information associated with the product.
6. Manufacturer decisions
When a warranty claim is handled by the manufacturer, the manufacturer may determine whether the issue is covered and which remedy applies under its warranty terms.
7. Warranty and returns are different
A manufacturer warranty addresses covered product defects or failures under the manufacturer’s terms. HomeVelvet’s 30-day return policy is a separate store policy with its own process.
